A2 Building Services | Terms of Engagement

Inspections:

1. The inspections must be paid prior site visit U.A.O. An electronic transfer to Anz A2 Building Services account BSB "to be advised" Account Number "to be advised" or credit card payment is our preference.

2. Owner or builder must be present on the site with full set of stamped drawings plus one copy recent soil report.

3. Only areas with a reasonable access (as defined in AS 4349 ) will be inspected.

4. No responsibility will be taken for any incorrect or misleading information supplied to A2 B.S. by owner or other consultants.

5. A2 B.S. inspection does not cover site history, council enquiries, pest infestation or timber decay investigation U.N.O.

6. A2 B.S. inspections cannot be used as part of pre-purchase enquiry or pre-purchase report by other parties.

Reports:

1. A2 B.S. reports are prepared solely for the use of the client named on the cover page of the reports. No liability is accepted for the use of information covered by reports for the purposes other than intended or for any loss resulting from any other person using this report.

2. A2 B.S. investigations are carried out based on the information supplied to us by our client or clients agents at the date of our commission. No responsibility will be taken for any incorrect or misleading information supplied to A2 B.S. by the owner or the other consultants.

3. Recommendations contained in reports are valid for six months from the date shown on the cover page U.N.O.

4. Reports are not guarantee, but a professional opinion based on up two hours a visual site investigation of easy accessible parts of the building as defined in AS 4349.1

5. A2 B.S. reports do not cover site history, council enquiries, pest infestation or timber decay investigations U.N.O.

6. A2 B.S. reports will not disclose any latent defects which may be apparent in weather conditions which differ from those at the time of our investigation.
