While we Specialise in Structural Distress Reports and Structural Computations for Residential Developments, our Services extend to providing many types of Building Inspections and Reports.

Our Lead Engineer Thomas S Wozniak has been servicing The Greater Melbourne Region for over 30 years and is now extending his Service Area to include Albury / Wodonga & Surrounding Towns.

Our Engineers are full members of The Association of Consulting Structural Engineers Victoria (ACSEV) giving you assurance that we comply with the 'Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics of Engineers Australia'.

In addition to the Professional Membership Thomas S Wozniak is also a Registered Building Practitioner (Licence: EC1317) through the Building Commission Victoria.

As per the Requirements of the Building Act 1993 our firm has Professional Indemnity Insurance.
